Refund and Returns Policy

Delivery

Our delivery partners

For software, apps, themes, plugins, and subscriptions, we do not utilize physical delivery systems for downloadable products. Your purchases will be delivered through our website or via email. You can access and download them from the “My Account” page on our website after logging in. In the case of physical goods, we partner with various third-party delivery services to ship products to customers island-wide. Details of the delivery partner assigned to your order will be communicated to you post-purchase.

Payments

You can pay by credit card, or Bank deposits.

We offer various payment options. One of the options being direct deposit to the bank. Direct deposits to the orders are deemed to be confirmed when the payment has been credited to our bank account.

Estimated delivery date

We deliver downloadable products within 48 hours through our website or via email. The standard delivery time for physical products is 2 to 5 working days from the date we accept your order.

Orders which are confirmed during Sundays and holidays are processed on the following working day.

Returns & Refunds

Returns

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any downloadable products, license keys, or subscriptions, as they cannot be reused once installed or activated.

We do not offer the option to exchange an item.  A new order will need to be placed.

If there is an error in your order that was made by Hevick Studios (Pvt) Ltd, we will refund the purchase price and delivery cost. If you need to return an item in such cases, please complete the form on the Contact Us page and submit it within 7 days of purchase.

For physical products:

To authorize a return:

  • Complete our enquiry form, found on our Contact Us page.
  • Include your order number & telephone number.
  • In the message box, include the reason for your return:
    1. Product damaged or faulty
    2. Incorrect item received
    3. Other, Please mention

Once we receive your return request, our customer service agents will contact and kindly advise you on how to return the products to us. 

Return the physical products in its original resalable for a full refund. If the items are not in original resalable condition, we will refuse the right to return the items or deduct up to 50% from the original selling price

For a refund, the item(s) need to be returned:

  • In their original condition; ideally in the original packaging
  • To the correct returns address
  • Within 14 days of the day you received them
  • Any other item must be returned in new condition with its original packaging and accessories
  • You will need to pay return delivery costs if you’ve changed your mind or the Hevick Studios did not do the fault.

All products should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging, with all seals, tags, and labels intact.

Delivery costs will be refunded by Hevick Studios for a subject to an error on the side of the merchant. On the other hand, if the return was not ascended as a result of an error on the side of the merchant, you will be solely responsible for delivery charges.

Returning a damaged or incorrect physical item:

In the unlikely event that your order arrived damaged please accept our apologies. Please contact us  as soon as possible and within seven days upon receipt of your order.  Please do not return anything until you have received a response from the Customer Service team.  We may ask you to provide:

  • Images of the item depicting the damage caused
  • The image(s) you send us must also include the packaging the item(s) arrived in including the delivery note. This enables us to process your claim as quickly as possible and helps us to identify areas where our services can be improved. We will make arrangements for the return of the damaged items and will issue a refund once the damaged or incorrect items have been received.

Similarly, if you receive a faulty item containing printing faults or physical defects, please send us an image of the item so that we can ensure that a replacement/refund is processed for you. This also enables us to quality check our remaining stock.

How you will be refunded

We will make the refund via bank transfer/ bank deposit only. We are not able to make cash refunds. If the refund exceeds the amount originally paid, we may issue a credit voucher against future orders. We will issue the refund within 30 days of the return being received, though it can take up to 30 days to appear on your bank statement. The cost of returning damaged or faulty items will be refunded to you, but this needs to be agreed upon in advance of return. Hevick Studio management reserves the exclusive right to decide on refunding or replacing a item.

We may deduct any applicable amount from the refund if such Products are returned to us in an unsaleable condition.

The gift voucher amount is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full, and is valid for a single transaction only.
